Exchanges & Returns
Quality customer service is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item to us within 14 days of your delivery date for a full refund. Some final sale items and Holiday may not be returnable.
Standard Returns:
Our return policy covers up to 14 days after your delivery date. If you decide that you do not like the product you ordered, no problem! Just Email us with your order number and let us know that you will be returning your item(s).
Please make sure your package is postmarked within 14 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we will offer a full refund back to your original payment method. You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective.
Furniture must be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.
Exchanges:
Exchanges in store must be made within 30 days. For online orders, we recommend that you contact us and ask about the availability of the product you would like to exchange.
As long as the item you want to exchange is the same price, If there is an additional cost we can invoice you for the difference. Because inventory changes quickly, we can't guarantee availability of replacement exchange products.

Damaged Items:
We work really hard to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen out of our control. Please reach out and send us photos of your broken item(s) along with your order number. This way we can verify the item and damage. We will re-send that item immediately. If the item is no longer in stock we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of.
